Dawgs, Please! Beer & wine pairing event with gourmet sausages

Alpana Singh, Master Sommelier and host of TV's Check Please! hosts a gourmet sausage flight paired with specialty beers from Glunz Beers and wines from Maverick Wine Company. Dessert is to be provided by Vanille Patisserie.

Food Menu:
Lobster tail, cucumber slaw, lemon aioli, green onions, blood orange oil
Crispy sweetbreads, fried shallots, oyster mushrooms served on top of a veal sausage
Torchon au foie gras, quince puree, pistachio streusel on a duck sausage
Crisp caramel - streusel base, lemon mandeleine biscuit and salted caramel cremeux (provided by Vanille Patisserie)

Calera Central Coast Chardonnay 2009

Must be 21 years of age. Each type will admit each ticket holder for 1 seating only. Each ticket ticket will grant each ticket holder with 4 courses, each with beer or wine served with each course.
